The only script in the Joomla 5 core that references the class JFactory is the file classmap.php, which is part of the plugin 'Behaviour - Backward Compatibility'. In other words, your error message comes from a third party extension that only works when the said plugin is enabled.
Please check the versions all third party extensions from the Joomla Extensions Directory (JED) and also from the developers' websites. Sometimes the developers have not updated the entries in JED. Some of them may have forgotten to mention that their extension requires the compatibility plugin.
